Sofia Daniel (Sofie) is a singer, actor, dancer, and director currently pursuing her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee College of Music. Born in Long Island New York, Sofie’s passion for theatre started at age seven after seeing Wicked on Broadway, and she’s been devoted to her craft ever since. Her favorite roles include Paulette and Kate in Legally Blonde, Miss Scarlet in Clue: The Musical, and Ensemble in Chicago the Musical. This spring semester, she will perform in Urinetown in the Ensemble and understudy for Penelope Pennywise.

Beyond performing, Sofie has discovered a love for directing and teaching, with credits including 13: The Musical and When Bad Things Happen to Good Actors. Most recently, she served as a teaching assistant, stage manager, and assistant director for A class Act New York. She worked on their bound for Broadway intensives as well as The Little Mermaid Jr! Whether on stage, behind the table, or teaching as a lifeguard and swim instructor for the past seven years, Sofie is driven by her passion for sharing what she loves and helping others discover their own artistic voices.
